Cookies & tracking

The short version: we set the minimum needed to keep you signed in + measure whether the product is helping. No cross-site tracking, no ad networks, no session recording.

What NestWise sets

What NestWise deliberately doesn't do

No Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no TikTok pixel — no ad-retargeting cookies from any network.
No third-party session recording (no FullStory, no Hotjar, no LogRocket). We don’t watch replays of your session.
No third-party chat widget. Support goes through hello@ email + our own in-app assistant that only reads public guides.
No selling data. Ever. To anyone.

How to opt out of GA4

Two ways:

Google’s official GA opt-out browser add-on (blocks GA on every site you visit).
Any browser-level tracker blocker (Firefox’s strict mode, Safari’s ITP, or an extension like uBlock Origin) — NestWise stays fully functional without GA.

Blocking GA doesn’t affect the first-party product events (which run server-side); if you want those off too, delete your account (email hello@nestwise.net.au).

If we add anything new

Any new cookie or tracker gets added to this page BEFORE it ships. The date at the bottom updates so you can tell at a glance whether anything has changed since you last looked. Prior versions available on request.
